Domain names submitted — When you request an AEO audit, we store the domain you enter in order to run the analysis and save your results.

Email addresses — We collect your email address to gate audit results, send score reports, and deliver product updates or rescan alerts if you opt in.

Usage data — We collect anonymized data about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. This data does not identify you personally.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

— To provide AEO scores and audit reports for submitted domains.

— To send you your score report and, where applicable, scheduled rescan alerts and email notifications.

— To improve the accuracy of our scoring models, surface better recommendations, and develop new features.

— To communicate product updates, pricing changes, or important service notices.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase, running on AWS infrastructure. Audit results, domain records, and email addresses are persisted to enable saved dashboards, historical comparisons, and rescan functionality.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Voxrank.ai integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

Anthropic Claude API — Used to power our inferential AEO scoring engine. Domain-related signals (not personal data) may be sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. See anthropic.com/privacy.

Stripe — Used to process payments for paid plans. We do not store credit card details. See stripe.com/privacy.

OpenAI — Used to query ChatGPT as part of AI visibility signal analysis. Domain-related signals may be sent to OpenAI's API. See openai.com/privacy.

Google Gemini — Used to query Gemini as part of AI visibility signal analysis. Domain-related signals may be sent to Google's API. See policies.google.com/privacy.

PostHog — Used for product analytics and session tracking. Data is anonymized where possible. See posthog.com/privacy.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state and support analytics. Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. Analytics cookies (via PostHog) help us understand usage patterns and improve the product.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly without them.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

— Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
