Terms of Service

By accessing or using Voxrank.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of Voxrank.ai, including free and paid subscribers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Voxrank.ai is an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) platform that helps brands, agencies, and SEO teams measure and improve their visibility in AI-powered answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.

The platform provides domain audits, AEO scoring across multiple dimensions, citation tracking, content brief generation, competitor gap analysis, entity optimization tooling, and automated optimization workflows. Features vary by plan.

Voxrank.ai offers four service tiers:

Free — One domain audit, full Phase 1 score across 13 metrics, quick wins summary, and a one-time report. No credit card required.

Starter ($49/mo) — 3 saved domains, External Authority scoring, weekly rescans, 3 months of history, email alerts, and 5 content briefs per month.

Growth ($149/mo) — 10 saved domains, Citation Tracker, daily rescans, 10 competitors tracked, 12 months of history, PDF reports, and 20 content briefs per month.

Pro ($499/mo) — Unlimited domains, Entity Suite and Gap Analysis, real-time rescans, unlimited competitors, API access, AEO Autopilot (beta), and white-label as an add-on.

Feature availability and limits are subject to change with notice.

You agree not to use Voxrank.ai in any of the following ways:

— Scraping — You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract data from the platform beyond what is explicitly permitted by your plan's API access.

— Free tier abuse — Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent audit limits, or using the free tier in a systematic or commercial capacity, is prohibited.

— Reselling — You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label Voxrank.ai's reports or platform access without an active white-label arrangement under a Pro plan.

— Unlawful use — You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Voxrank.ai to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

Refunds — Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. After 7 days, all charges are final and non-refundable. We do not issue prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Price changes — We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.

Platform — Voxrank.ai, including its scoring algorithms, UI, brand, and all associated technology, is owned by Voxrank.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Your data — You retain full ownership of the domains, content, and data you submit to Voxrank.ai. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

Reports and scores — AEO reports generated by the platform are licensed to you for internal business use. You may share reports with clients under a white-label plan.

Voxrank.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

AEO scores and recommendations are indicative only. They reflect signals observable at the time of the audit and do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to AI citation frequency, search ranking, or brand visibility improvements.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voxrank.ai and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Voxrank.ai in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 CAD.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or to the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@voxrank.ai. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease and your data may be deleted after a 30-day retention period.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
